Glamping Accommodations

DETAILS: Your glamping tent will be fully set up and styled for you upon your arrival. Each tent sleeps up to four campers. Each foam bed (not air beds) includes pillows, sheets, duvet blanket, and wool blanket. Also included in the tents are bedside tables, luggage racks, lanterns, a power bank for small devices (usb/usb-c). Note: The tents are being installed just for this event. Thus, they are fully off grid and do not include standard outlets or central heating/cooling. You can request a propane heater for an additional fee.
GLAMPING OPTIONS: You have two bedding options for glamping:
One Queen Bed: Sleeps up to two (2) glampers on a single queen foam bed on a raised bed frame.
Two Queen Beds: Sleeps up to four (4) glampers between two queen foam beds on a raised bed frames.
RATES: In order to reserve a tent, you must have a 1,2 or 3 day VIP pass. Glamping starts at $595 for the weekend. The pricing reflects accommodations for the entire event weekend, Friday at 7am through Monday at 12pm. There will be an 11.5% tax and credit card processing fee added to the total. A 50% deposit is due at time of reserving. The remaining balance will be due the day of check in. The deposit payment is non-refundable.
FACILITIES: Outdoor toilets and hand washing stations will be available on site. Showers will be available at the Super 8 Motel and International Truth Expo will provide transportation to and from the hotel showers. There will be reasonably priced breakfast, lunch, and dinner options served indoors at the cafeteria, Friday through Sunday.
