You’re invited to BASECAMP, an all-inclusive weekend of adventure near Sedona, Arizona . With stylish camp accommodations, thoughtfully curated meals, and activities for all ages, BASECAMP by Pitched® will be the best adventure of your year.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

When you arrive to BASECAMP, you'll be greeted by your weekend camp hosts and guided to your spacious, fully styled luxury tent. Complete with pillow-top memory foam beds, real linens, lanterns, battery banks, and the sounds of nature, you might just get the best sleep of your life*.

You won’t need to worry about what you’re going to eat or drink because the staff will serve up nourishing and balanced meals to ensure you and your group are energized for adventure. In the evenings, you’ll be ready to indulge in thoughtfully curated dinner menus in a beautifully lit, communal outdoor dining space. 

As part of the all-inclusive experience, you’re invited to participate in a variety of camp activities and games, swimming in Oak Creek, wandering around Sedona, or just relaxing in a hammock. At BASECAMP, there is no shortage of options for your group. Learn more about the included activities below:

Some of the Activities You Can Expect at BASECAMP

  • Be prepared to be amazed by the vastness of our solar system! Throughout this 2 hour experience, you’ll get to peer through a professional telescope while an experienced astronomer takes you on a journey through the galaxy, pointing out constellations, planets, and other celestial bodies.

  • Enjoy an early morning hike across the Verde River and up to structures dating back to the year 1,000 - 1,400. At Tuzigoot, you’ll take in the sights to enjoy the surrounding views of the historic landscape.

  • With built in free time, you can still have fun around BASECAMP with nearby trails , community games, bean bag toss, or rope swinging into Oak Creek surrounded by red rocks. Or, take an afternoon nap if that’s your thing.

WHO is invited to BASECAMP?

Basecamp is welcome to campers of all ages, though we recommend all campers be 5+ to enjoy all BASECAMP has to offer. Note: daytime temperatures can be into the 90’s and evening temperatures into the 50’s during the month of October.

WHERE is Basecamp hosted?

West Sedona, Arizona

Basecamp location is to be determined after change of venue due to unforeseen events.

Common Questions

  • - 2 nights of lodging in a dedicated, fully styled luxury tent

    - Linens, blankets, and pillows for each bed

    - All meals, desserts, beverages from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon

    - Snacks and water will also be available at all times

    - On site activities, river access for swimming, and community games, along with adventure recommendations and exclusive rates in Sedona

  • Yes, limited cell services will be available at BASECAMP, depending o your carrier.

  • A restroom facility is arailable on site, just steps from your camp site.

  • We accept all major debit / credit cards. To secure your spot, a 50% payment is due. We can also arrange a payment plan if that works best for you.

  • Showers will be available during BASECAMP, pending no issues arise outside of our control. Wipes, dry shampoo, and other hygiene amenities will be available. A dip in the river can also do the trick! ;)

  • Yes. Please let us know how many guests you are looking to include in your group. We can move tents closer together if you prefer. We also have larger size tents that sleep up to 10 available if you prefer to sleep in the same space.

  • YES! With a supervised adult. Some activities have a minimum age requirement of 5+.

  • Due to restrictions on serving alcohol, no alcohol will be served. However, you are more than welcome to bring a cooler or bottle of wine to enjoy throughout your weekend. Please drink responsibly. No rowdy behavior will be tolerated out of respect for nature and your fellow campers.

  • We sure hope so! The Pitched® team is welcoming, inclusive, and ready to ensure you have an incredible experience. We would be happy to introduce you to other campers and staff, or let you enjoy a peaceful weekend in silence as you please. We are here to support you however you choose to enjoy BASECAMP.
